1. About Shook It

This website is operated by NINEOM LLP under the brand name Shook It. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the ordering service.

2. Menu & Orders

Menu items, prices, availability, branch-specific availability and promotional offers may change. An order is accepted only when the website confirms it. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled.

Shook It prepares fresh food and beverages for individual orders. Product images are for representation and the finished product may vary slightly in appearance.

FSSAI registration/licence details are not yet displayed because the applicable number has not been issued to Shook It. The relevant FSSAI details will be published here and at the applicable outlet before food sales begin.

3. Pricing & Payment

The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for the order, subject to any clearly stated offer or adjustment. No GST is currently separately charged through this website. If the tax position changes, applicable taxes will be disclosed and the displayed prices will be updated accordingly.

Payment information is processed by the payment service used for the transaction. Shook It does not ask customers to send card credentials, UPI PINs or passwords to Shook It staff.

4. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before preparation of the order begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is made fresh for that order. If an order cannot be fulfilled by us, we will arrange the appropriate refund or other remedy.

5. Refunds

Refunds may apply where payment was collected but the order was not successfully received by us, an ordered item was unavailable and could not be substituted, or the product supplied was materially different from the order. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; the timing can depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Website Use

You must provide accurate information when ordering or using an account. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, abuse promotional systems, submit fraudulent orders, or use another customer's account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to applicable law, Shook It will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.
